DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

Delivery & Returns

Thank you for shopping at www.totalglambeauty.com.

Our business days to process and assemble orders are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.

Delivery & Packaging – $5.00 (Same 1 Business Day)

Rush – $10.00 (Within the hour)

Family Islands – $10.00 (Mailboat) $25.00 (Airline)

Please allow up to three hours to process your order. All orders received after 6:00 p.m. will be considered next business day orders. Orders received on Saturday after 3:00 p.m. will continue processing on the following business day.

Please ensure that delivery locations and shipping information is entered correctly upon checkout. Prior to delivery, confirmation will be sent for your convenience. After confirmation, Total Glam Beauty Bar (“TGB”) will not be responsible for packages delivered incorrectly.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be provided or issued, if any part of the address is incorrect.

PLEASE NOTE: Any edit or cancellation must be completed before your order is out for delivery.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive notification along with a receipt to your purchase email.

Please note that due to reasons beyond our control, deliveries to the Family Islands via the MailBoat or Airline are subject to change based on their schedules. Deliveries to the Family Islands should be placed at least one business day in advance. Please ensure that packages are promptly collected from the MailBoat or Airline. TGB will not responsible for damages or for the loss of product(s) due to late collection. Purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply.

Exchange/replacement

All damaged or defective claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Submitting a photo of the item is highly recommended. Purchases must be unused and in its original packaging for refund consideration. There is absolutely no exchange or refund on hair purchases and sale items.

Payment terms

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Direct Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery as forms of payment. All items are required to be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Should you require a refund via credit card, your refund will be processed within seven (7) business days. If an item(s) is out of stock or unavailable, you will be notified before delivery. An exchange for a similar product is welcomed. However, if you chose to cancel your order, you will be refunded.

Please note that all prices are subject to change without notice, except that prices for an order that has been accepted and completed by TGB.
